Writing from the Soul Workshops
These popular workshops run once a week for 4 weeks (by the month) and are for beginner as well as professional writers-- anyone who is ready to tap into their own inherent creativity in a supportive environment. $120/month or $40/class for one-three class. Will be offered virtually each month in 2021.
This is a sacred circle open to all women to celebrate and honor women in the third stage of their lives (age 50+) in a sacred space. Paula will open the circle with a guided meditation, and then elder women will be encouraged to read their own work, tell their own stories, discuss, and share. Elder women may also be honored in other ways, including song, movement, spiritual ceremony, and more. Younger women are welcome and very much encouraged to come and listen, but not to read or teach in any way. Just as traditional cultures understood, this is a time for honoring and revering elders and listening to those who came before. $10-$25 per circle, depending on each woman’s abundance. Virtual sessions and eventual in-person sessions offered in 2021.
Martial Arts for Women As a Spiritual Practice
Ongoing since 2018, these classes are for all women, regardless of age, experience, or perceived limitations. Current offerings virtual only. We hope to get to start offering in-person sessions again in 2021, both in outdoor spaces as well as at our pre-pandemic space at Christ Episcopal Church. $10/class.
Sacred Flow Healing
Relaxing and rejuvenating, Sacred Flow Healing is a gentle yet powerful way to reconnect with your Self and allow healing. Along with channeled Sacred Flow Healing energy (I place my hands slightly above your body— there is no physical contact), I may use stones, plants, crystals, sounds, healing waters, journeying, music and more in a nurturing way to help you transform what you are ready to and tap into your own natural healing. You will be fully supported and held in love. 60 minute session is a $70 suggested donation. Distance sessions currently offered. In-person sessions offered in 2021 in my new healing room with strict safety measures in place.
Reiki is an energy healing practice where I place my hands slightly above your body (no physical contact) and offer you spiritually-guided healing energy. As a spiritual healing practice that promotes relaxation, that relaxation and energy promotes your natural ability to heal. 60 minute session is $70 suggested donation. Distance sessions currently offered. In-person sessions offered in 2021 in my new healing room with strict safety measures in place.
